I find it amazing that in the online workplace people have to pay an employer, for a job, or placement on a team, to earn an income. What has happened to the workplace. Use to be I work for your company promoting and building upon whatever it is that you sell and you would pay me for this. LOL now you people, who have established a business online, want me to do the same thing except I have to pay you a monthly fee. Almost like a union, hehe except without the benefits of a union!!! Without the surety of a weekly income.

Sure I can pay you $19.95 a month, (or more), to sell your products, which in turn will make you money. So all I have to do is take MY TIME and promote your things and if I pay enough for marketing I may get some website traffic. No traffic no sales!!!! That is a fact. So now, hmm, I pay you to list your products, I buy a website, (or maybe I have a website already that was free, so I use more of my time getting it ready for your product), I pay for SEO, keywords and pay-per-click and then I wait. Maybe I have taken more of my time to research the niche that your product falls into, ahh and to research the keywords. What’s hot what’s not. If I’m lucky and I am able to offer your product for a reasonable rate to people that may want the product and can afford to purchase it I may be able to sell, or in other words, go to work for you. I use to be payed for the time I put into a company without having any type of expense, outside of lunch and transportation, but what has happened to all that. Now I pay you to be able to get your products, I spend hours researching, more time building the website, more time, and money using SEO’s, more time and money for listing keywords, more time and money for listing pay-per-click and MAYBE get to sell some of the things you have that I am paying you to sell and that you profit on after I sell it.

(Some personal definitions)

Insanity — someone who keeps on doing the same thing over and over even though the results are continuously bad.

Hopefulness — someone that wants to do good in this life and be responsible for being able to live within their means and maybe even prosper some.

Workforce — To be able to make a living by working for a business.

Online Workforce — Paying a business to make a living, (if you can), by working for a business.

Did I mention insanity???

I believe, and I want to say all, but I am sure there are some legitimate businesses online, that online business people that sell their money making products have all gone to the same school. The school of “get em excited with hopes and sell sell sell”.
Room 101: Tantalize the mind.
Room 102: Entice the eyes.
Room 103: Lining your pockets with the other guys gold.
and
Room 104: How to not have a conscience that you are making poor people poorer with the “American Dream”.

This school has a lot of graduates!!! Where did all the teachers come from?

The World Wide Web use to mean that an ordinary business would now have global possibilities and has the potential to create untold jobs. But the online workplace is one of greed, by the upper echelon people. The guru’s or masters or whatever it is they call themselves. Being able to market to the world and make 100 fold more than before isn’t good enough, they want to not only charge for the product but charge employees to market and sell it. Telling you that they are giving you the freedom in being your own boss, but stating nothing about you being enslaved to them. So now we have the pyramid effect in the job place. A monopoly if you will, shared by a handful of people, that call themselves your friend, your counselor, your mentor. Becoming filthy rich while the “average Joe” becomes poorer still.

Again I want to reiterate that I am positive that there has to be at least 1 online business person with good ethics. Possibly even more and I salute you for upholding your ethics in the face of an online workplace that could make you the only prosperous one while others slaved for you to just get by. A salute for the ones that have helped others get started, not charging them until they were on their feet, and in doing this, knowing that you will have a productive business partner for the long term. (Also called training the workforce and the next generation.) A salute to those that are willing to leave behind a legacy to the world and not just to their own family, the ones that help mankind along with themselves.
